NRFA, NCC, AND MLG CONTINUE TO DRIVE VALUE FOR MONEY AGENDA

The National Road Fund Agency (NRFA), Ministry of Local Government, and National Council for Construction (NCC) have continued to hold capacity-building workshops for local authorities across the country on contract management and material testing.

The initiative is designed to enhance capacity among engineers in local authorities and reiterate the importance of value for money in road projects.NRFA says local authorities are finding it difficult to supervise road projects due to gaps in contract management and material testing among other shortfalls.

The recent workshop was being held for local authority engineers in Southern and Western Province from 10th January to 15th January 2022.
