TEMPORARY INTERRUPTION OF NRFA E-TOLL CARD SERVICES

The National Road Fund Agency (NRFA) wishes to inform all road users that it will undertake an upgrade of its E-Toll payment system as part of ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery.

The system upgrade is scheduled to take place from 00:00 hours to 03:00 hours on Monday, 2nd November 2026.

During this maintenance period, the NRFA E-Toll card service will be temporarily unavailable, while some online services may experience intermittent disruptions.

Road users intending to use E-Toll cards at Toll Gates situated on the Lusaka Ndola Highway which are Katuba, Manyumbi, Anderson Kambela Mazoka and Kafulafuta during the stated period are advised to make use of alternative payment options available at the respective stations.

The Agency regrets any inconvenience this temporary interruption may cause and assures road users that every effort will be made to minimise the downtime and restore normal services as quickly as possible.
